For the past several years, Adrian has represented all types of businesses in litigation throughout the State of Florida in both State and Federal court. His litigation and trial practice focuses on complex business, construction and municipal/government litigation.

Having represented banks, private investment groups and closely held businesses, Adrian brings a pragmatic approach to his litigation and trial practice to ensure that each client's individual objectives are met.

Adrian also has extensive experience representing general contractors, subcontractors and sureties in complex construction litigation. His construction law experience includes defending and prosecuting lien foreclosure actions, defective construction disputes and real property disputes.

More recently, Adrian has joined a team of attorneys representing a local municipality defending against constitutional and civil rights claims.

Adrian also understands and appreciates the importance of community. This understanding led him to become President of the Palm Beach County Hispanic Bar Association in 2008 where he helped foster open communication between the legal and business communities within South Florida.
