Brooke P. Dolara

Brooke focuses her practice on day-to-day general representation of condominium and homeowners’ associations. She counsels associations on corporate governance, rule enforcement, tenancy matters, election protocol and disputes between associations and vendors. She coordinates with title insurance representatives and property managers to facilitate short sales and other real estate transactions. Brooke resolves collections disputes between associations and individual owners and is instrumental in initiating collections against delinquent owners and renters. She communicates daily with both association members and owners in order to make each transaction proceed as fluidly as possible.
Brooke is also a member of our Labor and Employment Group. She has experience representing both private and public employers in a wide range of employment and labor matters arising under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Florida Civil Rights Act and claims arising under the First Amendment.
