Mr. Palenzuela is a Partner with the Firm and a member of the Litigation Division and Labor & Employment Group. His practice focuses on labor and employment law at both the trial and appellate levels. He also has extensive experience in government law and code enforcement issues, having been a member of the litigation team in the City Attorney’s office of the City of Hialeah, where he practiced labor/employment law, civil rights law, bankruptcy law, personal injury defense, and foreclosure.
