Mr. Friedman is an Associate with the Firm and his practice focuses on representing developers and governmental entities in the areas of land use and zoning.  He has experience handling complex issues relating to Developments of Regional Impacts (DRIs), comprehensive plan amendments, comprehensive plan consistency challenges, and rezonings.  In addition, Mr. Friedman has assisted in the drafting of several municipal land development codes as well as the preparation of specialized municipal ordinances relating to impact fees and First amendment land use issues.
