Mr. Young is an Associate with the Construction Litigation Group and Litigation Division. Mr. Young is experienced in general and complex commercial litigation. His areas of practice include construction, land use and development, insurance, employment discrimination, general business litigation, fraud, trade, and commerce. Mr. Young has successfully represented municipalities, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in payment and performance bond litigation, Interstate Land Sales Act claims, delay damage claims, AIA contract disputes, construction defect claims, and lien claims. He has successfully litigated complex multi-million dollar construction cases. Mr. Young has also successfully represented employers, employees, entertainers and models in non-compete and restrictive covenant litigation. Prior to law school, Mr. Young worked as a lobbyist and legislative aid in Tallahassee.
