Mr. Soto is an Associate with the Firm specializing in commercial real estate transactions and commercial lending. He has experience in representing clients in the purchase, development, and sale of commercial properties. He has represented various lenders in acquisition, consolidation, and construction loans. He also has extensive experience in resolving complex title issues and serves as an agent for several national title insurance companies. In addition, Mr. Soto has earned a master of laws in taxation and frequently advises clients in structuring transactions to minimize tax liability.
