Ms. Serota is Of Counsel to the firm, practicing in the area of commercial real estate. She has substantial experience handling real property sales and acquisitions, development, financing and leasing on behalf of private clients and public entities. Significant transactions include the purchase and sale of major hotels, office buildings, apartment complexes and industrial parks, leases of office buildings, stadiums and racetrack facilities, and financing of major commercial properties.
She previously served as a federal law clerk to the Hon. Peter Fay, U.S. Circuit Court Judge, Eleventh Circuit.
