Mr. Pastoriza, a Member of the Firm, specializes in the representation of housing authorities, zoning, land use, real estate and public sector representation. He has an engineering degree with expertise in the field of telecommunications. Prior to his legal career, he was a real estate developer. He has also acted as special master in code enforcement hearings. Mr. Pastoriza is a frequent speaker on Hispanic radio and television on land development issues, and has taught several CLE seminars on land use, zoning and land subdivision issues.
