Ms. Mehaffey is an Associate with the Firm’s Municipal Land Use and Zoning Group. Her practice focuses on representing municipalities in land use and zoning matters. She has experience handling comprehensive plan and land development regulation drafting, adoption, and amendments as well as development approval reviews including re-zonings, plats, site plans, variances, conditional uses, and school and transportation concurrency. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Mehaffey worked as a litigation attorney handling pre-trial matters and appeals and as a municipal planner in Texas and Florida.
