Ms. Arango is Of Counsel to the Firm and is a highly experienced attorney in the areas of complex real estate transactions for both private and public clients, commercial lending, leasing, property development, zoning and land use, governmental relations and general representation of local governments.  She has represented local governments and community redevelopment agencies in the procurement, acquisition, sale and development of real property.  She has handled interlocal agreements and transactions between local governments and district school boards.  Ms. Arango also has experience in the development of affordable housing projects, working with developers and local governments, and the formation and regulation of condominiums and homeowners associations.  She also has extensive experience in the examination of title and the resolution of complex title issues, and serves as agent for several national title insurance underwriting companies.  She is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.

Ms. Arango is a native of South Florida and a long term resident of the City of Coral Gables.  She is fluent in Spanish and English
