Mr. Mandel is a Partner of the Firm and senior member of the Litigation Division. He focuses his practice on municipal and commercial litigation at both State and Federal levels. Specifically, Mr. Mandel litigates a wide array of cases for both municipal and private clients including contractual and business disputes, civil rights violations, police liability claims, land use challenges, sign code challenges, and personal injury claims. Mr. Mandel also has extensive appellate experience at both the State and Federal levels and has several published decisions to his credit. Mr. Mandel further lectures often on various issues including First Amendment challenges to municipal sign codes and land use challenges under the Fair Housing Act and Americans with Disabilities Act.
