Ms. Vos is an Associate in the Municipal Land Use and Zoning Law Group, and the Litigation  Division. Her professional background includes significant experience in environmental regulatory compliance and enforcement.  She has extensive experience trying liability and commercial matters on behalf of the Firm’s municipal clients including cases involving land use/zoning and real estate.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Vos was a natural resource enforcement officer with the Broward County Environmental Protection and Growth Management Department. She was principally responsible for handling environmental regulatory compliance and enforcement matters arising from routine facility inspections, accidental releases, permit violations, tree removal and mangrove alteration. This work involved administrative and quasi-judicial hearings concerning notices of violation, notices of intent to file suit, variances and administrative reviews of final agency decisions. She negotiated numerous settlement agreements concerning corrective action and penalties for violations of environmental regulations and permits.

While in law school, Ms. Vos was Articles Editor for the St. Thomas Law Review and a member of the legal honor fraternity Phi Delta Phi.
