Mr. Robin is a Partner and Chair of the Communications Division of the Firm. He represents numerous local governments in cable television and communications matters including drafting ordinances and negotiating cable television franchises, renewals and transfers, and lease agreements for placement of wireless towers and antennas. He interned with the Honorable David Levy at the Third District Court of Appeals and has experience in general civil practice primarily focused on civil and commercial litigation.
