Amanda Pulido represents clients in civil rights and tort matters, complex commercial disputes, appellate proceedings, constitutional challenges, and governmental actions.

Before joining the firm, Amanda served as a judicial law clerk to U.S. District Judge Beth Bloom of the Southern District of Florida and previously worked as a Central Staff Attorney at Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal. She also served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. In these roles, Amanda gained experience with complex federal and state law issues, drafting proposed orders and recommendations for the court on civil and criminal matters.

Meredith Hammer represents public and private entities in connection with employment litigation, risk management, business transactions, and appellate matters.

Before joining the firm, Meredith served as a judicial law clerk to U.S. Magistrate Judge Patrick M. Hunt of the Southern District of Florida. She previously clerked for Judge Mark W. Klingensmith of Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal. Kevin Fertel focuses his practice on commercial and municipal litigation, family law, criminal defense and sports and entertainment law.

Before joining the firm, Kevin served as  an Assistant State Attorney at the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office. He was  Assistant Chief of DUIs in County Court, overseeing more than 40 Assistant State Attorneys handling misdemeanor DUI prosecutions. He also served as a County Court Training Attorney, managing trials, hearings, and daily calendars, and worked as a Felony Prosecutor.

Kevin has tried eleven jury trials to verdict and has argued substantive and evidentiary motions, including motions to suppress, Stand Your Ground, Hunter, and Youngblood motions, as well as bond review and restitution hearings. He previously interned for the Honorable Peter Lopez in Florida’s Eleventh Judicial Circuit.

Kevin earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from St. Thomas University College of Law, where he made the Dean’s List and received the Book Award in Business Associations. Steven H. Osber focuses his practice on complex business and commercial litigation, including partnership and shareholder disputes, commercial evictions, real estate litigation, and construction litigation. With nearly three decades of experience, he has represented clients through every stage of litigation—from case assessment through trial and appeal—and has tried more than 100 jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts. He has also argued several Florida appeals, securing numerous favorable reported decisions.

In addition to his role as litigation counsel, Steven serves as outside general counsel to numerous businesses, advising on regulatory, contractual, operational, risk management, and compliance matters.

Before joining the firm, Steven was part of the lead trial team in Gopher v. Wells Fargo, which resulted in a historic $1.1+ billion jury verdict in 2025—the largest in Florida’s history against a solvent bank or public company—on behalf of approximately 2,000 children of the Seminole Tribe of Florida.

Active in the community, Steven serves as a leader at the Humane Society of Broward County where he sits on the Big Dog Golf Committee, and was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for 2026. He is a long-standing member of the Broward Bench and Bar Committee and has served multiple terms as Chair of The Florida Bar Grievance Committee.

Mikayla Taylor focuses her practice on insurance defense, representing businesses and individuals in civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mikayla gained invaluable experience working at both plaintiff and defense firms. She has handled complex matters involving auto negligence, wrongful death, product liability, and medical malpractice in addition to her labor & employment and insurance work.

A double ‘Nole, Mikayla graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s in Criminology, prior to obtaining her Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee, Florida. During law school, she held leadership roles in the Black Law Students Association and served as a subciter for the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law, all while heavily focusing her energy on competing on the school’s prestigious Trial Team. Philip’s practice focuses on assisting public and private clients across Florida in real estate acquisition, financing, development, and corporate structuring – with a particular focus on affordable and mixed-income housing, tax-exempt bond issues, and joint ventures between governmental, non-profit, and private sector entities.

In his public sector practice, Philip assists in structuring and closing bond transactions, including public offerings, private placements, and governmental conduit financings. He advises housing authorities, developers and lenders through Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) syndication, state housing agency compliance, public-private partnership frameworks and layered equity/debt structures.

On the corporate side, Philip advises clients on the formation, structuring, and governance of entities involved in real estate and financing transactions. He works on matters involving acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex capital stacks that integrate debt, equity, and bond financing components.

Philip graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in International Business and Legal Studies, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as Notes Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.

Arielle focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and construction claims and defense. 

Before joining the firm, Arielle was an associate in the mass litigation practice of an AmLaw 200 firm where she represented a leading insurance provider in complex litigation matters, managing thousands of cases and leading the mediation division. She has advised insurers on coverage, case defensibility, and potential exposure. 

Arielle has defended developers, contractors, and subcontractors in multi-party disputes involving alleged construction defect, general liability, and premises liability claims with significant financial exposure. She has coordinated and led on-site inspections, and handled all aspects of litigation through trial preparation for multi-million dollar construction matters. 

Arielle earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, where she obtained an environmental law certificate and served as Senior Staff Editor of the FSU Law Review and Secretary of the Student Bar Association. Christian focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, business transactions, and appellate matters.

Before joining the firm, Christian served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Melissa Damian, first during her tenure as a U.S. Magistrate Judge and then as a U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of Florida. Before that, he served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Bronwyn Miller of Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal. Through his clerkships, he developed experience with civil and criminal matters, often involving constitutional issues, including cases brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, the Uniform Commercial Code, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the First and Fourth Amendments, and the Federal Transit Act. Prior to his clerkships, Christian practiced at a full-service litigation law firm based in Fort Lauderdale.
