Brett defends employers in wage and hour suits brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and has successfully guided clients through Department of Labor Wage & Hour Audits. He also represents employers before federal, state and local administrative agencies such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the Florida Public Employees Relations Commission (PERC).
