Ignacio Del Valle is a highly accomplished attorney whose practice spans real estate, banking, corporate and complex public/private transactions.

Ignacio has handled a wide-range of complex transactions including public/private (P3) real estate negotiations, acquisitions, sales, financing, construction, management and leasing of commercial, residential and industrial properties. He has represented real estate investment funds and other investors in the acquisition, leasing, management, and disposition of rental apartment complexes, shopping centers and office buildings; an investment group in the acquisition and subsequent sale of a ski resort in Colorado; a national real estate advisor and asset manager for pension funds in connection with all of its business activities; and banks and other financial institutions in connection with a wide range of real estate and asset-based lending transactions, including participations. He serves as a title agent for several major title insurance companies.

Ignacio has handled the sale and purchase of businesses, by means of both stock and asset sales, as well as other corporate transactions, such as reorganizations and redemptions. He advises businesses on the formation, maintenance and dissolution of business entities, and the proper type of entity for the specific transaction. He has negotiated and prepared a full range of contracts and agreements. He has handled the creation of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and has prepared all of the necessary corporate documentation, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements and operating agreements. He has also represented builders in the negotiation and drafting of construction contracts with owners and subcontractors.

Ignacio is a native of Havana, Cuba and is fluent in Spanish.

  • Successfully represented lender in a $24.7 million  real estate financing transaction secured by 33 South Florida gas stations.
  • Successfully represented lender in a $3.4 million  real estate refinancing transaction secured by 10 separately located restaurants of a national chain.
  • Successfully represented lender in an $18.9 million real estate refinancing transaction secured by six residential apartment complexes.
  • Successfully represented a local municipality in a $13.8 million bond financing for the acquisition of a town hall building.
  • Successfully represented client in the $16.8 million acquisition of 480 acres of vacant farm land in Miami-Dade County in 23 separate parcels.
  • Successfully represented a local university in a $28 million real estate financing transaction for the dual purpose of refinancing of certain outstanding bonds and the funding of the construction and equipping of a new 250-unit student housing facility.
  • Successfully represented a purchaser of a defaulted promissory note in the original principal amount of $9.9 million secured with a first mortgage on a partially completed multi story building for a $3.1 million purchase price.
  • Successfully represented a local municipality in the drafting and negotiation of a long term lease and development agreement for the development, construction and operation of a 243 unit senior housing facility and related parking garage.
  • Successfully represented a major airline in the $9.4 million acquisition of 16 condominium office units.
  • Successfully represented a major international luxury automobile manufacturer in negotiating license agreements to use its well-known trademark by a major local developer to brand its luxury real estate projects, both locally and in other markets abroad.
