Isabella Falcon practices in the firm’s litigation department and is a thorough and vigorous advocate for both private and public sector clients.
Isabella has handled numerous litigation cases from inception through trial preparation or settlement. She has experience in handling first-party property damage cases, evaluating contracts, and performing in depth legal research on case law regarding insurance coverage and bad faith exposure.
Isabella received her J.D. with cum laude honors from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, she was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient and a Submissions and Articles Editor of the University of Miami’s Race and Social Justice Law Review. Isabella was also a member of the law school’s Hispanic Law Student Association, Litigation Skills Program, and Professional Responsibility & Ethics Program.
