Our lawyers and staff are our most valuable resources. They are the key to our success and the reason why we represent some of the most significant entities and individuals in Florida. Knowing their importance, we created our unifying principles, which define our firm’s core values. We’ve consciously created a culture that emphasizes respect and dignity toward one another, our clients, and our opposition. We also recognize the importance of physical and mental health, and have launched a wellness program to support the well-being of our lawyers and staff. These elements, and our commitment to mentorship, professional development, and innovation, have allowed us to create an environment where our employees can thrive. That’s why we’ve consistently been recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as a “best place to work.”
