Michael Park is a trial attorney with nine years of experience and focuses his practice on insurance defense of businesses and commercial litigation disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Michael worked for a global firm specializing in insurance defense and dispute resolution. As a former assistant public defender, Michael represented clients charged with misdemeanors and/or felonies in over thirty jury trials.
Michael obtained his J.D. with cum laude honors from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he served as the notes editor of the Journal of Law, Technology, and Policy and received the Pro Bono Notation Award for providing over 400 hours of public interest service. He is a member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of South Florida and regularly volunteers his time to judge at mock trial and moot court competitions.
