Managing Director's Message
Weiss Serota Helfman Pastoriza Cole & Boniske, unique among its peers, sits squarely at the intersection of law, business, and government, and that is not by accident. We service both public sector and private sector clients, delivering our services in an integrated, team approach. Many of the attorneys at the firm and its leadership have been trained at some of the finest national and international firms in the country, and/or have served as city and county attorneys (and even elected officials). Among our more than 50 attorneys are dozens of former city attorneys, assistant city attorneys, and assistant county attorneys, as well as those who work primarily on behalf of private sector entities and individuals in more than 30 different practice areas. Dozens of our attorneys have been recognized year after year as Florida Superlawyers, Best of the Bar, Legal Leaders, and Key Partners, and other similar awards indicating that our attorneys are the best of the best. Our firm and many of our attorneys are also AV rated by Martindale Hubbell demonstrating that our firm and its attorneys are well-respected by its peers.
We are a go-to firm in the dozens of areas in which we practice, having helped shape the law in Florida. Our firm is focused on providing the highest level of client services, and our firm culture reflects our goals of passionate and ethical commitment to our client's interests and goals. We are also committed to public and community service, and most of our firm attorneys hold leadership positions in various community and bar organizations including the Dade County Bar, the Broward County Bar, The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar, the Florida League of Cities, the Beacon Council, and the Miami Chamber of Commerce.

I am proud to lead the firm as its Managing Director, and to work closely with some of the finest attorneys and staff in the country. Their commitment to professionalism, ethics, and the highest ideals of client service is something that I find admirable. As the firm moves into the future, and continues to grow and burnish its reputation, our attorneys and staff are our most valuable resource and the key reason we attract and represent some of the most respected clients in Florida.
