Stephanie represents clients in a variety of areas, including construction litigation, securities litigation, consumer class actions, and products liability.
Stephanie has litigated matters in both state and federal courts involving contract disputes, fraud, breaches of fiduciary duties, as well as claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Florida Security of Communications Act (FSCA), and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). In addition, she has represented clients in connection with investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Office of Inspector General (OIG).
Stephanie earned her Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law, where she served as a staff editor on the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami with a degree in English and is proficient in Spanish.
