Philip’s practice focuses on assisting public and private clients across Florida in real estate acquisition, financing, development, and corporate structuring – with a particular focus on affordable and mixed-income housing, tax-exempt bond issues, and joint ventures between governmental, non-profit, and private sector entities.

In his public sector practice, Philip assists in structuring and closing bond transactions, including public offerings, private placements, and governmental conduit financings. He advises housing authorities, developers and lenders through Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) syndication, state housing agency compliance, public-private partnership frameworks and layered equity/debt structures.

On the corporate side, Philip advises clients on the formation, structuring, and governance of entities involved in real estate and financing transactions. He works on matters involving acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex capital stacks that integrate debt, equity, and bond financing components.

Philip graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in International Business and Legal Studies, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as Notes Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.
