
Philip Schuss focuses his practice on banking and financial institutions, business transactions, and real estate law.
Philip earned his juris doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as notes editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law and was an active member of the Brooklyn Blockchain and Emerging Technology Association.
During law school, Philip gained experience as a legal intern in the financial services sector and in the prominent real estate practice of a New York law firm, where he assisted with the review of commercial agreements and conducted legal research on securities regulations, the tokenization of real estate assets, and Department of Labor guidance on alternative investments for retirement plan fiduciaries.
Philip earned a bachelor of science in business administration from Drexel University, where he focused on international business.
