Philip is an associate in the firm’s real estate practice, representing lenders and borrowers in the financing of commercial real estate assets. His work spans acquisition, construction, and permanent financing, often within multi-party transactions involving layered capital structures. He advises clients through the life of a financing, from structuring and negotiating loan terms to conducting due diligence, drafting loan documents, and guiding each transaction through closing.
Philip graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in International Business and Legal Studies, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as Notes Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.
