Stephanie Herbello is an associate in the Firm’s Land Use and Zoning division. Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie was an Assistant State Attorney at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. While at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, she was a County Training Attorney where she supervised multiple attorneys on the practice of criminal law by guiding them on preparing their cases for trial and assisting on their first jury trial. Throughout the years, she continued to move up within the office until she became a “B” level attorney handling second degree, first degree, and punishable by life felonies. She also served as a legal intern for the Office of Principal Legal Advisor of Homeland Security where she assisted attorneys in preparation for trial by drafting and filing motions with the court. Prior to starting law school, Stephanie was an intern for the City Attorney’s Office of Coral Gables where she assisted in encroachment issues and historic preservation.
