Howard is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Division and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters. He has extensive experience in corporate and partnership litigation, business divorce, business torts, trade secret litigation, intellectual property, and commercial real estate recovery disputes.

He also handles various complex high-net-worth family law matters and provides general corporate consultation in business structuring and planning as well as negotiating various contractual agreements.
