Jessika Arce Graham is a Partner whose practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters, with experience advising clients across the full lifecycle of their businesses. She works closely with companies, entrepreneurs, and investors on the structuring, negotiation, and consummation of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, bringing a practical and solutions-oriented approach to complex legal issues.
In addition to her transactional practice, Jessika has significant experience in bankruptcy and restructuring matters. She represents trustees, creditors, and debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 proceedings, as well as related adversary proceedings, and regularly counsels clients on restructuring-related issues that arise in connection with distressed transactions or disputes.
Jessika also advises businesses, individuals, and investors in connection with the acquisition and disposition of real property, particularly where real estate considerations intersect with broader corporate or restructuring objectives. She understands that every client faces distinct challenges and goals and tailors her approach to deliver comprehensive, business-minded solutions.
Outside of her practice, Jessika is committed to health and wellness and enjoys practicing yoga and Pilates, baking fresh sourdough bread, and spending time with her husband and two children.
