Brett Schneider provides insight on Obamacare for the Daily Business Review

The Affordable Care Act, which has become known as Obamacare, enters into its second year.   The stipulation that all employers with 50 or more workers must offer health insurance is simple enough on the face of it, but it doesn’t take much to see how complex and confusing it can be for employers.

In John Pacenti’s special Labor & Employment report in the Daily Business Review, Brett Schneider is quoted – and pictured.   His insight leads a lengthy article on the myriad of issues that swirl around the implementation of Obamacare.

“It’s become almost like a tax code unto itself,” Brett is quoted as saying.  The article also notes that Brett is the president of the Human Resources Association of Broward County.

Reporter Pacenti interviewed numerous lawyers to get their perspective.  It’s Brett’s commentary that opens the discussion.   Brett chairs the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice and is board certified by The Florida Bar and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute.
