Gail Serota Honored by City of Homestead at Plaque Unveiling Ceremony

Almost one year ago, Gail Serota was tragically taken from us, but her memory will surely never be forgotten. Her dedication to our community and her profession has set a high bar for our attorneys. We recently witnessed how Gail’s reputation for excellence extends beyond the legal profession and into the hearts of our community. Gail was recently honored with a gracious dedication ceremony unveiling a commemorative plaque at Homestead Station by our civic leaders.

Gail played a pivotal role in the Homestead Station project and many other City of Homestead projects, such as City Hall, the Police Headquarters, and Homestead Miami Speedway.

Those in attendance included Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos Gimenez, Mayor Jeff Porter of Homestead, Homestead Assistant City Manager Cate McCaffrey, Miami-Dade County commissioners and Homestead City Council members. The dedication ceremony featured the Homestead Police Honor Guard and a proclamation from the Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners.
