Jonathan is a strategic and client-centric attorney who represents various companies such as national corporations, Fortune 500 companies, commercial banks, real estate developers, loan servicers, large and mid-size companies, and property insurers in complex commercial litigation disputes. As an attorney who thrives under pressure, he has represented corporations and businesses in breach of contract disputes, torts cases, class actions, mortgage and lien foreclosures, landlord/ tenant disputes, restrictive covenant enforcement and defense, and commercial disputes.
He has also represented insurance companies in disputes involving property damage, title issues, and construction defect cases.
