Steven H. Osber focuses his practice on complex business and commercial litigation, including partnership and shareholder disputes, commercial evictions, real estate litigation, and construction litigation. With nearly three decades of experience, he has represented clients through every stage of litigation—from case assessment through trial and appeal—and has tried more than 100 jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts. He has also argued several Florida appeals, securing numerous favorable reported decisions.
In addition to his role as litigation counsel, Steven serves as outside general counsel to numerous businesses, advising on regulatory, contractual, operational, risk management, and compliance matters.
Before joining the firm, Steven was part of the lead trial team in Gopher v. Wells Fargo, which resulted in a historic $1.1+ billion jury verdict in 2025—the largest in Florida’s history against a solvent bank or public company—on behalf of approximately 2,000 children of the Seminole Tribe of Florida.
Active in the community, Steven serves as a leader at the Humane Society of Broward County where he sits on the Big Dog Golf Committee, and was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for 2026. He is a long-standing member of the Broward Bench and Bar Committee and has served multiple terms as Chair of The Florida Bar Grievance Committee.
