Alison has experience in the areas of labor & employment, commercial litigation and administrative and regulatory law. She has experience handling cases involving civil rights and constitutional law claims brought against the Broward Sheriff's Office, as well as breach of contract and discrimination claims brought against Nova Southeastern University pursuant to the ADA, Rehabilitation Act, Title VII, and the Florida Civil Rights Act.

Alison graduated magna cum laude from Nova Southeastern University Law School in 2003. She was President of the Student Bar Association and a member of the NSU Law Review. She was also a Teaching Assistant for Contracts and Property and won the Book Award for Property.
