Dan focuses on governmental and commercial litigation. He is an experienced trial attorney with extensive experience in the areas of land use/zoning, employment discrimination, civil rights, constitution law, police liability, and products liability, in both State and Federal courts. Dan is also a seasoned appellate attorney, having appeared before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Florida District Court of Appeals and the Florida Supreme Court. Dan also has extensive experience in governmental law, having served as City Attorney for the City of Hollywood for 9 years. He has also served as the Town Attorney for the Town of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea and as City Attorney for the City of North Bay Village. Prior to joining us, Dan was the City Attorney of the City of Hollywood from 1999-2000, where he previously served as its Chief Litigation Counsel from 1994-1998.
