In 1991, founding members Richard Weiss, Joseph Serota, and Stephen Helfman recognized a need in Florida’s legal marketplace for a high-end boutique firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to both private and public sector clients. Today, Weiss Serota Helfman Cole + Bierman is a premier law firm with more than 100 attorneys operating at the intersection of business, government, and the law.
