Jose L. Arango represents local government entities in code enforcement, building code and general government law. As a former Assistant City Attorney for the City of Miami, Jose uses his extensive knowledge and experience in municipal law to ensure that compliance is achieved throughout all stages of a project’s planning and development.

Jose also drafts legislation and amendments to municipal codes, legal opinions for municipalities, and municipal contracts including land use agreements and professional service agreements.

While serving as an Assistant City Attorney with the City of Miami, Jose worked in the divisions of General Government, Land Use, Transactions and General Litigation. He also served as counsel for the Emergency Operations Center for the City of Miami.
