Over a career that spans almost 50 years, Cliff Schulman has practiced in the areas of environmental law, land use and zoning, growth management, subdivision law, land development and comprehensive planning issues. Cliff is generally recognized as one of the preeminent zoning, land use and land development lawyers in Florida.
From Coral Gables to West Palm Beach, Cliff’s work on major development projects has shaped South Florida’s skyline. Over the years he has developed deep relationships with clients including The Related Group of Florida, Michael Swerdlow companies, Jose Milton & Associates, Turnberry Group, Jules Trump Organization and Fortune Organization.
