Leveraging our experience, we are prepared to counsel your board on day-to-day operations, creating and enforcing governing rules, negotiating contracts and deals, complying with federal and state regulations, and conducting association meetings. As one example, on behalf of a condominium association, we negotiated with a developer for the bulk sale of 180 units in an $82 million deal.
