Mr. Soroka is an Associate with the Firm’s Government and Real Estate Practice Groups. He provides counsel to local governments, nonprofit organizations and private sector entities. His local government experience includes commercial contract disputes, procurement, business taxes, telecommunications, and compliance with public record, sunshine and election laws. He has served as counsel on charter review committees, municipal code reviews and business tax advisory boards.
Mr. Soroka also has experience with public-private partnerships, community associations, competitive bidding, housing trusts and foreclosures. He is a speaker on topics affecting our local governments and communities. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.
