On Saturday, April 14, Bankruptcy Partner Aleida Martinez-Molina was part of a panel for the ABA Business Law Section Spring Meeting. The Panel was called, “Family Feuds and Chapter 11: What is the Counsel to Do?” It focused on issues regarding closely held debtors in Chapter 11.
