Member Mitchell Bierman recently provided testimony with reference to CS/SB 1220 – Public Records. The bill revised the circumstances under which a court may assess and award reasonable costs of enforcement against an agency in a civil action to enforce chapter 119 of the Florida Statues. The item passed the Senate Judiciary Committee.
