Partner Michael Kurzman recently spoke at the 8^th Annual Construction Law in Florida Seminar organized by The Seminar Group. The session, “Effective use of Liens and Bonds,” focused on compliance with Construction Lien Law and how owners can secure a bond in anticipation of construction.

Michael has practiced exclusively in the area of Construction law for more than 30 years and is Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar.
