Roger Kobert Speaks on Panel at Americas Forum of the American Bar Association

Partner & Chair of the Firm’s International Group, Roger Kobert, spoke February 29th on a panel at the Americas Forum of the American Bar Association, Section of International Law, called “Continental Shift: The Changing Terrain of Professional Ethics in the Americas.” Roger spoke on ethical concerns about online alternatives to traditional legal services, such as Avvo and LegalZoom, and about lawyers rendering business advice to private-sector clients. The forum was held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel on Brickell Key in Miami.
