The Firm’s Local Government Division and Litigation Division Partner John Quick spoke at a session at the annual conference of the National Association for Civilian Oversight of Law Enforcement. The organization exists to improve oversight of police officers in the United States, enhance accountability and transparency in policing, and build community trust through civilian oversight.
