It is with profound sadness that we share the news of the passing of our esteemed colleague and cherished partner, Lewis R. Cohen. Words can not express the sadness we are feeling.
Lewis joined the firm in the summer of 2020 as a highly respected banking and transactional real estate attorney. We will remember Lewis for his warmth, sincerity, and humility. Lewis passed earlier this week at the conclusion of a year-long sabbatical traversing and residing in six continents. His wife, Holly, describes their past year as one filled with wonder, learning, fulfillment, and fun. Lewis was blessed with a loyal base of institutional clients who looked forward to his return home. Our deepest sympathies are with Holly and their two children.
Lewis leaves behind a lasting legacy at WSHC+B. We will miss him dearly.
