In a story published by the Daily Business Review, real estate partner Maria Currais discussed her successful representation of Wilson and Juan Alayo and Topina Zingg in the $25 million sale of Tropical Park Plaza, a 74,294-square-foot shopping center in Miami’s booming Westchester neighborhood.
