Michael Popok along with Alicia Welch represented The Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc. and generated a ruling that Michael said is “right under the law.” The ruling said that the Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc. has sovereign immunity, and that limits Lujen Brands LLC – a music management company – and its jurisdictional discovery in answering if that immunity was waived.
