This one-day event was centered around the topic of South Florida construction and development, record-breaking projects and building smart. Michael moderated a panel about South Florida’s culturally significant projects. His panel gave insight on the latest development and construction trends such as pre-fabrication, Starchitects and the race to build the skyline’s tallest monument.
Michael focuses his practice on construction contract drafting and negotiation, construction litigation, construction defect claims, delay claims, contract claims, construction liens and surety bond claims. He represents developers, owners, contractors, sureties, subcontractors and suppliers in all construction claims. Michael is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar.
