Our transportation law attorneys provide advice, government affairs consulting and litigation legal services for numerous transportation industry clients. We have represented some of the country’s largest air carriers, ocean carriers, light and heavy rail contractors, car rental agencies, automobile dealerships, and vendors in connection with major public/private partnerships, contracts, litigation matters, and legislative issues affecting their interests. We represent our clients in court and in front of government agencies at all levels including counties, municipalities, the State transportation departments, regional transit authorities and Federal agencies.   • Representation of transit system parts consolidator in connection with efforts to privatize spare parts inventory for large municipal transit agencies.
  • Representation of transportation technology firm in effort to assist transit agencies in modernizing fleet monitoring, maintenance and public information systems.
  • Representation of multiple parking industry vendors in efforts to privatize public parking functions through public-private partnerships.
  • Representation of major food, fuel and retail concession operator in proposal to the Florida Department of Transit to redevelop and operate Florida Turnpike rest stops.
  • Representation of major international construction firms on numerous public private infrastructure development opportunities and transactions on highway, parking, sea port and airport projects.
