Katherine Chin is an associate in the Firm’s Labor & Employment Division. Her practice focuses on representing private and public employers in all phases of employment litigation, including matters arising under federal, state and local employment laws.
Katherine is also experienced representing government entities in disputes involving complex issues of constitutional law, civil rights and torts.
