Maricé Guzmán’s developing employment litigation practice reflects her tenacious approach and commitment to helping clients achieve their goals. She has assisted with federal and state wage and hour investigations, discrimination and retaliation claims, day-to-day employment counseling and developing employment policies.
Maricé has played an instrumental role representing prominent clients in media-sensitive cases to settle the allegations without garnering negative publicity. She has also represented business entities before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, providing analysis of critical legal issues.
Maricé brings a balanced perspective to labor & employment matters from her previous experience working in-house at a Fortune 1000 company and her time interning for a federal appellate judge.
