Belinda A. Bacon is a licensed engineer and a Florida Bar Board Certified attorney in Construction Law.
She represents owners, engineers, architects, developers, contractors and subcontractors in complex construction contract, project administration, claims management, arbitration and litigation matters. Belinda has worked on high-profile projects including the Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg and the American Airlines Arena and Brickell City Centre in Miami.
A licensed engineer who earned her degree at Duke University, Belinda serves on the Board of Directors of the Miami chapter of the Florida Engineering Society and is a longtime member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law.
